Our story
A world first, invented in a madrasah lab in Kuala Kangsar.
Most pest control asks you to choose: protect your crops, or protect the animals. In 2015, a research team in Perak refused the choice. If predators keep prey away with nothing but scent, an artificial scent could do the same — no traps, no poison, no harm. That insight became E-Pro Buster, and E-Pro Buster became EPB Global Resources.
2014
EPB Global Resources is founded at Madrasah Idrisiah, Kuala Kangsar, Perak — growing out of the Madrasah Idrisiah Innovation Centre (MIDIC), a unit built to turn applied research into real products.
2015
The MIDIC team, led by Innovation Catalyst Syed Muhammad Azhan bin Syed Hassan, develops the world's first artificial predator-scent repellent: E-Pro Buster.
2016 — 2022
E-Pro Buster earns five international innovation awards and proves itself on farms, plantations and households across Malaysia.
Today
The product range grows to six chemical-free innovations — E-Micro Buster, E-Black Buster, E-Micro Madid, Mimya Pallet and E-2B — with customers and partners in Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand, and stevia community-farming programs empowering rural growers.
